Funny you should mention this. I just started giving my Moors fish sticks yesterday (soaked first). Their pooh is not coming out the same colour. This is nothing to worry about. Just ensure you vary their diet - stops them getting bored and is good for them. |

You deshell the peas as the skins are less edible than the soft bit in the middle. It also makes them more digestable. If they're very small fish, I recommend putting the peeled peas in a garlic crusher. If there's any garlic residue in the crusher it'll drive the fish crazy for the peas (they seem to love the stuff, but I wouldn't recommend giving it to them in a pure form) This'll ensure that the peas are crushed up very small and they'll sink better too! (no mouth obstructions) |
