Default Our otocinclus keep dying. Need help.

We have otocinclus catfish in the tank with our goldfish.

Recently, our oto's have been dying. Their breathing seems
extremely heavy. Their color gets pale and they clamp their
fins.

Does ANYBODY have any idea what may be killing our oto's?
