Default pH crashes

Um guys,

If you feel comfortable, could you post your general geographic areas?
The main supplier for the SF bay area in California just changed from
chlorine to chloramine, perhaps they changed more than just that.

Also utilities can change processes for weather reasons too, adding more
chemicals if their sources get too much "unfiltered" runoff, etc...
