Default Water Starwort

It seems every where I read, someone is recommending Water Starwort as
a top notch oxygenator yet I cannot find anyone who sells it. Do any
of you know where to get it?

Thanks, Glenn Lynn

Callitriche stagnalis (water starwort) is considered an invasive,
undesierable pest in some states. Perhaps its hard to find for that reason.
