Anyone have the answer for this one ?

Probably an algae, Bleach the plants and clan your substrate
partially.

Bleach worked on the gravel so far..there is also like a red spotted
layer of something on the tank walls. Will clean it in a few days and
see if it comes back again.

I had the same problem with my 20gal tank, but after putting my
Synodontis in the tank for a couple of weeks, it was all gone. Now he's
back in my 75gal and none of the alge has returned.
