Default Snail overun

I've noticed a LOT of miniature snails in my SW tank. The tank hasn,t
even cycled yet. I think the snails may be from live rock I purchased.
How can I control them? Is there a predator I could introduce?
The snails seem to have that little snorkle thing..

TIA

I would observe them patiently - if the tank has no other animals/corals
in it and these snails are carnivorous: they will die out of hunger...
If on the other hand, they are herbivorous, you will be happy man
on earth when the normal algae blooms during the cycling process.

To be on the safe side try to make a good picture for id :-)

Who knows - maybe you have a thousand of small snails
which sell for $4 each ?? You would be a rich man ;-)
