Justin Boucher popped their head over the parapet saw what was going on

So that's why they seem to wear an undershirt, a shirt, a sweater, a
vest and a jacket at the same time?


Pardon my ignorance of leftpondian naming conventions,
but I am fron Scotland .

Is an undershirt and a vest not the same thing ?
Or by vest do you (TINY) mean a waistcoat ?
