chloramine and oceans
I've heard about chloramine in tap water, and that it is very hard to
get out of the water, and that it kills fish, including salt water fish. Well, all that tap water runs into the oceans, which contain a lot of salt water fish. Does chloramine in ocean water naturally decompose?
