![]() I love the "fish shaped" GF as well and have many Shubunkins, both outside and inside the house. If you have the space you can keep GF in those $10 kiddy pools from Wal*Mart. A cheap black dropcloth hides the ugly glaring color and cartoons. :-) They'll fit in a small yard or even on a balcony or porch. You can easily keep 8 to 10 adults in one of these shallow pools or 2 koi until they out grow it. I've always had tropical fish and goldfish, but I'm finding I like the GF more than the tropicals, especially the fancy GF. I find myself keeping less tropicals and more GF these days....... I'd love that! I live in the Houston metro area--very hot in summer. Do you think they'd live in shallow pools here? I'm afraid it would get too hot. Cindy |
