Looking for a way to settle out bubbles from my Carlson Surge Device

I have set up a Carlson Surge Device (CSD) and i have been using it for
about 2 years with quite good results. The only thing is the bubbles. I
don't mind them perse, but the salt creep that covers my lights. Any ideas?
