What I do is judt drop them into a tank and see how I like it.
ThenI may move them around a bit. Igenerally don't und plants from the "lead" (it's not lead) weights as the tissue damage sets them back a bit, but when they grow to the waters surface and thena bit more, I trim them 1/3 from the top then plant them were I've finally decided I want them.
