For whatever reason I am unable to find a nearby store that has aquarium
salt in stock. I do have a huge box of Kosher rock salt on hand whose only listed ingrediant is "salt" (once used for a brine soaked turkey recipe). No iodine or whatever is normally put in salt is listed. Would this still be safe and serve the same purpose as Aquarium salt? Kosher salt is soooo much easier to find. E.Otter |
