Hi ... I have a 20g microreef in the office, and would
like to ge a protein skimmer for it. I used the Prizm in the past, and was not happy with it (it started leaking, not a good thing for a tank in the office!). The tank has been doing OK for about a year without it, but there is a coat of darkish algae on the live rock which is kinda annoying and hard to remove. Also the coralline algae isn't growing well. Any recommendations for a protein skimmer? I don't have a sump so it would have to be a hang-on or small internal. I've read negative reviews of the new Fisson nano skimmer. Anyone tried the Tunze nano protein skimmer? Other recommendations? thanks, shireen -- Shireen Gonzaga, Data Analyst, Space Telescope Science Inst.
