IS THERE A BETTER TEST KIT
Selling only to pet stores is not that big of a limit.
But to answer your question, if you owned a pet store, you would appreciate it if the manufacture you bought from did not sell to you, and then turn around and sell to mail order cheaper that they sold to you.
