Default Finally, I have Pearlscale Angels paired off.

Well finally!
After so many months (I bought several quarter sized youngsters last
year) and no action.
I recently added a male Gold pearlscale / gold marble cross to the mix
and things got going.
Sometimes it simply takes a little change up for things to get moving.
These two (male Gold pearlscale and a Silver pearlscale female)
never...ever showed any interest to one another.
Then a few nights ago I noticed them keeping everyone away fromt he
intake tube of the canister filter.
A few hours later they're spawning. I have pics too (Angelfish porn,
lol).
Being that I am healing from foot surgery I couldn't switch around
tanks to put the pair into their own tank.
Hubby doesn't have a clue as to what to do and it would be too much of
a hassle trying to explain everything to him. I figured I'd let this
batch of eggs go to the Pleco during the night and when I can switch
my old 6 yr old male Betta to a smaller tank (he's so spoiled, and not
going to like going to a 2 1/2g tank), remove the gravel and switch
filters they'll be good to go again.
They had a good practice first time of it.
Nobody ate even one egg, while one was doing their thing, the other
was either ready on stand by, or chasing off other fish.
It was both fish's first spawn. Both parents fanned the eggs and would
take turns while the other defended them.
They did a good job, so I have high hopes for them.
However....I've never had a gold/silver cross before. Anyone here have
that happen before?
I know it takes 2 Pearls to have pearlscale fry (not like my other
male cross...he has it in him and you can tell, as he is shinier than
normal, but not to the amount of a full pearl and lacks the bumbly
scales). SO I have no clue as to what the fry of a Gold / Silver cross
would look like.
