Default Hw much current flow

for angels?
I just added a powerhead which does create alot of good current flow
and it seems the angels as well as the neons love to get into it and
play.....There is some areas in the tank that is little to no current,
but was wondering how many have good current flow for them to play in?

I rearranged the tank earlier today, so I can get current flow over
some of the plants and kep any detrius and food etc cleaned out and
stop it from accumulating in the plants etc.....its not so much the
food as it is pieces and parts of plants etc that accumulate in some
of the plants like the cabomba (sp?) which is always loosing some
parts of its foilage. The added cross current seems to keep it
relatively clear now.....Heck I am just playing and happen to have a
few extra powerheads laying aorund and figured why not.

I forgot more about ponds and koi than I'll ever know!
