Default Help a fat ass like me loose weight please

I reduced my daily intake of 32 hamburgers, 19 orders of large fries
and 2 gal of Coke down to a mere 12 burgers and 11 fries and one gal
of coke yet I maintain a weight of 450 pounds. I am still nly 4'8
inches tall and its just so much easier to roll where I go its almost
worth having this extra wieght, however it mkes it hard to get up
steps......and I get tired of being rolled in flour so my lovers can
find the wet spot......

please help me stop being the fat assed bimbo swine I am.
