I take good care of my tank, the water's good, things are clean, the fish are well fed without being overfed. Both Bettas had built bubble nests in the past, so they must have been somewhat happy. What am I doing wrong? ================================= It sounds like they're trying to hide for some reason. I also love bettas but keep them in their own small tanks or gallon bowls. And measure any bowls or tanks. I once took a person's word for it......... what was I thinking?!?!?! They will only eat frozen foods. Once I realized that, they started eating well and I returned him. They now ignore him. Before he was removed he would hide behind a decoration and only come out to eat. Now he's out all the time and he ignores them as well. -- RM.... Zone 6. Middle TN USA ~~~~ }((((* ~~~ }{{{{(ö |
