Default top up with tap or salt water?

i have had my tank for almost 4 weeks.
right now i only have
01 x blue sponge
01 x orange sponge
01 x green polyp
01 x red polyp
2 pieces of live rocks
01 x box fish
01 x tube worm

since u know what's in my tank. may i have some advice on what's do i have
to do to keep the stocks i have to keep them healthy and alive? so far what
i do is just add calcium solution, interpet liuquified food and brim shrimps
for the box fish.
