Three questions:
1. Any idea what species they are?

Planaria

2. How on earth did they get in there? (Am I likely to find them in my
bath?)

Naturally occurring organism. Your tank is supporting life. Reduce feeding
for a few days. They're always there, but population explosions occur if
there is an abundance of uneaten food.

3. Do fish like them? I saw one of them being eaten by one of my guppy
fry.

Yes. When you reduce feeding, your fish will eat all they can find.\
