Default Does Discus eat Algae?

I saw my Leopard and Leopard Snakeskin picking on my Rotala Rotundifolia i
the back of my tank.
I did feed them less than my other Discus in the other tank. I do have quite
bit of brownish fuzz algae in between the leaves of my Rotala, Java Moss and
Micranthemoides. Do they eat algae in the wild?
My Ottos seem to be grazing on the glass, NOT on the plants as they should
be!!!
