Default Tank cycling done yet?

I have a 55 gallon tank that I just started again - filled it with holy rock
and water, running an Emperor 400 with a powerhead sponge filter running to
promote water movement. I tossed in 5 black mollys and 5 marble mollys to
start the tank and after a couple died, the water went from cloudy to
crystal clear - it's been two weeks - I don't have a water test kit - should
I expect that the tank is cycled yet?
