yes siamese fighting fish are tropical fish. they dont need a heater to
live but they need the temperature to be 72 to 80. They need atleast a gallon container and they need really clean water because they are prone to fin rot. some petshops clean those small containers daily, the bad ones however let them get nasty and the poor fish suffer. here are a couple of good sites on betta care, read it all and learn more. http://www.bettatalk.com and http://www.bettastarz.com "GC" wrote in message ... I don't know where else to ask this.... Are siemese fighting fish tropical fish? Do they need a heater and stuff to live?? I've seen them in the pet shops and they are usually just in a small glass container.... no filter or anything.... how do you take care of them?? Thanks |
