Default Light upgrade

I'm considering upgrading the lighting in my 110 gallon tank. The hood
that caught my eye is a CustomSeaLife PowerCompact/Moon-Lite, 48", 4x65W.
That will double the light in my tank, which I don't really need, but
should enable me to grow a couple of plants that haven't done well yet.
Any advise would be most appreciated. I know I'd ask to replace the
actinic bulbs with daylight bulbs (10k?). Is this a good choice? Is there
a better option (no do-it-yourselft though, I prefer a pre-built option)
out there?

Thanks!
