I'm receiving strange email. Is it because I have posted in this newsgroup?

OK, I think I changed my email address enough...next I'll aply a filter to
block the sources that already have my exact email address.

Is anyone else getting messages like this? I have ran all kinds of virus
scans and they say my PC is clean. Any feed back would be appreciated.

The lesson here is dont post using a real address!! Spamers will filter
out( nospam etc)
