Default Fuzzy Algee Issue

Can anyone give me any advice on how to rid my freshwater tank of
algee.

It's black (or very dark green)
Very fuzzy... like hair
Grows on plants, rocks, wood

You can take a look a a photo of the algee on some of my plants
here...

I would just empty the tank and bleach everything but I don't have
another proper place for the existing fish to live. Any advice?
