Default actinic white good for planted tank?

My aquarium is a 100 galon(378l) planted tank.

I have already a Coralife 10000K daylight 110W VHO lamp. I would like
to put another 110W VHO lamp from URI. Should I use a URI actinic
white 12000K 110W VHO or a URI Aquasun 10000K 110W VHO light?

Is the actinic white good for plants? Is too much blue? Is it like the
PowerGlo from hagen?
