Default Cooling fan question

I am in the process of building a canopy and would like it fan cooled.

I have 2 Fans marked DC12V 0.60A
What would be the minimum AC Adaptor I would need to drive both.

I hooked up one to a AC Adaptor marked 12VDC 300mA and it seemed to
spin OK. Can I connect one or both to this without risk?

According to the specs on the fan your adapter does not have enough
current to run even one of the fans. You need an adapter that is 12vdc
and 1.2 amps to run both fans. Now this seems to be a very high current
draw for a fan though. If the 300ma adapter is driving one fan ok it
should be fine but I would not try pushing it to 2 fans. This would not
meet the specs of the fan and there could be a risk of failure to the
adapter but I really do not believe the fan could be drawing .6 amps
unless it is a very powerfull fan.
