dribbly fountain
I have a concrete fountain with a frog which "spits" water to cascade
down several concrete "leaves." Water tends to dribble around the bottom of each "leaf" instead of streaming down to the next lower leaf. Water flow looks good -- any more and it would overflow. My wife has tried putting silicone around the spout of each leaf, if anything that makes it worse. Can anyone help? Thanks, Marty
