Default red starfish help!

Hi there,

I bought a red starfish the other day & today it has two arms that
seem to be emitting a puss out of them. Should this be of concern?
Is the change in tank perhaps too much for it? Water tests are all
fine for Amonia, Nitrite, PH & Nitrate. Kinda worried. Any help
appreciated!
