Default help on outside fish in pond

Some of my fish look like they have jumped out of the pond and got all yucked
up and jumped back in. I do not know what is wrong, I checked the water ph is
fine everything else seems fine. Water is clear. I salted the water.
They are black fish, now they have some white looking stuff on them. I had some
jump out in the past and saved them and put them back in and that is how all of
these are starting to look. They look scratched up and one even looks bloody.
I have a seperate pond with KOI no problems there.
We did have flooding problems during a big rain storm, but I drained out about
1/2 and treated with Amquel and refilled.
I cannot figure out what is wrong with them, they eat fine and swim fine, just
look terrible.
Can anyone help?
