Default Frozen blood worm

Hi
If frozen bloodworm has been melted and refrozen, can it introduce bacterial
infections for the fish.

My LFS (as they call themselves) sold me some bloodworm (you know in the
blister pack) but it looked like it was thawed out because there was frozen
parts where it leaked out of the packaging.....

This could have given my precious fish internal bacterial infection.....
