No I paid by paypal direct from bank which will never be done again.

You paid with a credit card right? Call your CC company tell them what
has happened and the CC will stop the payment or reverse the charges. If
you want to spend the time you can also contact the Better Business Bureau
in Marietta and go after them that way aswell......
