This fact can't be stressed enough...never give an unknown seller "no recourse" access to your money. Always keep that Visa/MC ace up your sleeve when dealing with unknowns, and never, ever, let them drag things out so long that your recourse options dwindle. Is Paypal they still getting away with the "we provide bank-type services, but are not held to the same rules and regulations that the Feds govern real banks with" routine?
