How bad is it when you continue to buy stuff for your future 55-gallon
aquarium even though you should be paying bills and buying food? I got it baaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaad. -- 8^(~~~ Sue (remove the x to e-mail) ~~~~~~ "I reserve the absolute right to be smarter today than I was yesterday." -Adlai Stevenson http://www.suzanne-eckhardt.com/ http://www.intergnat.com/malebashing/ http://www.intergnat.com/pussygames/ |

I'm thankful I was born in '60. If we needed playtime..we grabbed a ball
and glove. Bedtime was 8PM without fail...9PM when I turned twelve. Discipline was swift and sure. If you were told to get a switch...you got it worse if you brought back a whimpy switch...respecting elders...no sass talk...no pierced navals...ahh..the days. |

I was born in the 80's and my life is looking a bit like the 60's.
Although we were allowed to have a Nintendo, it wasn't allowed to be played unless it was school holidays. |

I was born in the early 70's too. When I think back to those days I had it a lot better than I thought back then. My first computer (technically) was one of those space invader led games and my first REAL computer was the commodore vic-20 which I didn't get the support to really take advantage of it (graphics, sound, memory) until 2 or more years after we first bought it. At first all I could do with it is basic basic programming, and back then I thought wrongly that it wasn't capable of redefined/bitmap graphics without special hardware added to it. Oh well, things could have been better but we were still spoiled rotten by our parents and adult guardian types. My mother had angel fish up until I was about in 2 nd grade and I started my own hobby in fish keeping in 6 th grade. Good luck all and later! |
