Default headers and other odd and end questions, 1988 ford bronco 5.0

I have the most gutless truck in the world and am now going about
fixing it.

Several questions a

I have a set of MAC shorty headers for a mustang. I have heard
conflicting stories on if they will fit or not and wonder if anyone
here has tried/done it.

Converting the speed density computer system to MAF. I have seen many
posts on it but would like to talk to someone who has done it on this
vehicle in case I have questions.

Have a set of E7TE heads ported, polished and fitted with 1.94/1.64
valves and a .050 Duration Int/Exh – 220/220 SAE Duration Int/Exh –
273/273 Gross Valve Lift Int/Exh – 498/498 - Lobe C/L – 110 cam which
should wake the whole thing up. Any concerns with this cam or setup if
using a MAF computer?

Bottom end is fresh or I would go the 351 route.

Let me know your thoughts and concerns.

Thanks

Brett
