Urgent advice LandRover IIA ignition barrel lock

Season's greetings to all.
I have a problem & am after advice - I've lost my ignition key for my
series IIA Land Rover. I have a spare barrel lock & keys for the
electrical services switch but I can't see an obvious way of getting the
old one out/fitting the new one. I've removed the switch from the dash
but it looks pretty much like a complete unit.
Can anyone offer any help, I really need to get it back on the road
tomorrow!

Remove front panel, undo the retaining nut @ the back, disconnect the wires,
then repeat procedure for replacement, alternatively stick a screwdriver
through it and start it that way.

Cheers - I'd got the gubbins out, but was having a problem working out
how to get the barrel lock out of its housing (the light switches). Got
it sorted now though!
