Default LEDs in Older Cars

I'd like to replace the tail light/brake light bulbs and front turn
signal bulbs in my 64 Chrysler with LEDs. Do they make LEDs that just plug
into the same sockets or do I have to make changes?
Any web site I can visit to see these LEDs?
