Funny how some people spend a good amount of energy trying to discount
global warming. However, let's assume global warming does not exist. Everyone! There is absolutely nothing wrong with conservation and preventing pollution. Even if you don't believe in pollution. The true problem that pushes some of these people is that the left has hijacked the movement and turned it into socialist drivel. You and I know the simple minded hicks out there who sit around the dinner table and yell a quick knee jerk "pollution is not real" when they hear a story about it on the news arent smart enough to think of their own solution. I believe in global warming, polution and conservation. I also believe that liberals do not have the right answer. I believe a capitalistic friendly answer can work. I am also glad to call myself one of the smart conservatives. Seriously, it is time for conservatives to rid our group of the one demensional thinking hicks who have the rebel flag hanging off their truck. Let Howard Dean have them... |

No scientist on earth denies that. The globe has been warming since about the year 1500. What IS in question is man's role in it. The issue is far from settled, despite the dreams of the media and of various activists. -- Tegger |

No one wants man influenced global warming to exist. There are plenty of issues to pummel each other with. |

We can do certain things to reduce pollution and conserve resources and we can do them without crippling business or reverting to the stone age. BTW - there are people - even scientists - who deny that global warming exists. |

Increasing numbers of scientists in fact as they all gradually get annoyed with the rubbish that's currently being peddled. The bizarre thing is the 'global warming establishment' is now trying to muzzle their critics by applying wokplace / employment pressure and the like. If their case is so watertight, how come they're so frightened of questions or debate ? Graham |

Religion doesn't play a role in it here. Graham |
