Looks like a 1966 Pontiac GTO. Fender emblem is GTO. Without seeing the
front end, can't get any closer to the year.

It is a 1966 GTO. In 1967 the GTO emblem was on the rocker panel trim.
In 1965 the GTO was a different body style.

Cant be a GTO, they had coil springs in the rear, not leaf.
It's a MOPAR... satelite road runner or somesuch

I am sure it is a GTO. I think you are mistaking an exhaust pipe for leaf
springs.
