Default Sold my car, look at it now!

The guy I sold my beetle to wrote me an email and included some pics. He's
done an incredible job with it so far. Its now in Gainesville, FL.

makes you wish you kept it, eh?./....anyway i remember the yellow and primer
and it still shows...tell him some undercoating would do wonders for the
look of it(wheelwells)...

Its not a show restoration. Its his daily driver. I'm just shocked at the
big change. Yellow was the cars original color, but when I bought it, it was
white. I had blasted those wheel wells else it wouldn't show.

was the Ghia yellow? i remember yellow...heh...still daily driver or
not(actually benefit a daily even more) some spray on rubberized
undercoating from any autoparts store would do wonders....and only take a
bit of time....

Yeah, the ghia was yellow. Wish I had been able to keep it. Damn
neighborhood associations. I live elsewhere now and am always on the lookout
for another.
