Default Cavalier fuel tank heat shield fasteners are ...

'99 Cav 4-dr. I have to replace the gas tank. The book says "Remove
the heat shield." Most of the fasteners therein are a little hard to
make out - they're sort of truss-head things, with a small cavity in
cap. They kind of look like rivets, but I'd think they'd say "drill out
the f***ing rivets" if that were the case.

Any clues appreciated.

TIA,
George
