Default Is the NEW Jetta as good as it sounds?

Firstly, will VW use the new Jetta platform to make a NEW Jetta wagon?

Secondly, does anyone here own one? Is it more agile on the twisties
and switchbacks?

Is the new Jetta available already as a TDI, 5-speed manual, and cloth
interior set up?

IOW How is it? Would you recomend this new platform to anyone wanting
a compact car? Would this new platform by any chace be called the A5?

TIA

For the time being anyway, the Jetta wagon continues on with the previous
body style.
