Solution to noisy vehicles

like I said, any pig tries and gives me a ticket for a noisy vehicle and
there's going to be one less pig on this planet.

if pigs have time to harrass taxpayers then they have time to get the crime
rate to zero, I am tired of their bull**** excuses.
