Default Possible issues with 1993 oldmobile 88?

Hey all,
My mother came home to tell me her car wont start. I have not had a
chance to look at it yet but my brother tells me that the car has
spark, and has fuel.. Which they popped a gas line off to see, but the
car will not start.. now they said they got it started a few times but
it was seriously running rough... So he thinks its the ignition
module.. Me im not so sure about it.. just wondering if any of you had
some ideas i could check?

If the ignition wires have never been replaced, it's probably tiem to
replace them.

You may want to replace the ignition coils, as they tend to start
producing a weak spark by the time cars get to this age.

The ignition module (which usually runs underneath the coils) is a
definite possibility also.

well i spent a few hours working on the car... i checked the fuel
pressure and its at 50psi.. so that should be good... checked spark to
all the plugs and they are good.. changed the crank and cam sensor
just to be safe.. still the same thing.. I have not tried the ignition
module yet as thats 130 bucks >< bah.. guess thats gonna be next on my
list.. for some reason though i cant get trouble codes outta this car..
i cant find a book anywhere.. everyones out of them..
