whould there be any problems if i put regualr steering fluid in the car?

Some vehicles us automatic transmission fluid in the steering system,
but power steering fluid is called for the three Chrysler products that
I own.

I would suggest checking the owner's manual for fluid recommendations.

The car calls for atf4 ms9602. My mechnic put in regular steering fluid when
he changed the hose, not the atf4 ms9602. would there be any problems with
that?
