Not really. First off, I don't know a single liberal who likes that
ruling, but even that ruling does not through property rights out the
window. The ruling simply said its a state matter and states have the
option of banning the use of eminent domain for commercial purposes.
This is why there is a new push in many states to strengthen their
eminent domain laws.
