Default Alignment specs for E46 ZHP

Hi all,

I'm wondering if someone can point me to a post or page with suggested alignment
specs for a 2005 E46, for spirited recreational driving, highway driving and
occasional autocross. Coming from the Miata world where everything was
adjustable, I don't yet know how flexible BMW alignment is. Is rear camber and
toe adjustable on the E46?

Thanks. Can't wait to take this baby to the autox track and see what it can
really do.
