Default Exterior part removal above rear license plate

Anyone know how to remove the chrome decorative bracket above the rear
license plate. Its the part with the Saturn logo on it. I have a 2006
VUE.

Thanx

I havent seen it removed, but from how it looks, it may be accessible by
removing the interior rear panel, then unfastened from inside.
