Radio, power windows and interior lights do not work

I am guessing this is a fuse, but would like to know for sure if it
is. The power winodws, radio and interior lights do not work. WOuld
this be a fuse and if so, which one?

By the way, this is a 2002 explorer xls

By the way, this is a 2002 explorer xls

Got the owner's manual? It will tell you which fuse is for what. I kinda
doubt the radio and windows share the same fuse though.
